About the space

On the edge of beautiful parkland, we are offering an open office space (60m2) on the top floor of a converted factory building with an elevator. Herzberg-Campus hosts a variety of social enterprises around a large sunny central courtyard. You would be sharing with Kiron Open Higher Education, an NGO offering free digital support and education to refugees. The office is easily accessible by tram from nearby stations and in the vicinity of the Dong Xuan Centre and other lunch spots. This space comes fully equipped with all necessary furniture for 20 employees - 10 with social distancing in place, including state of the art adjustable workstations so you can work both seated and standing. Renters will also have access to a kitchen, meeting room and common spaces both inside and outside. Renters must be registered with the Finanzamt and be in possession of a VAT ID number (Umsatzsteueridentifikationsnummer / USt-ID-Nr.) as per the landlord’s requirement.
