About the space

Spacious office for up to 10 employees with a view of the Tempelhofer Feld for 1-3 days/week (temporarily limited until March 31, 2023)

We are a small tech company (TolaData GmbH) and looking for a nice team to share our office with us. Since Corona we have gotten used to working “remotely” and only use our office 2 days a week. Therefore we would be happy to find another organization to share our office with us on the other days.

The office is located in Tempelhof with a view of the Tempelhofer Feld. Newly renovated, it is on the 3rd floor with high ceilings, large windows and the authentic charm of a 1905 building with modern amenities including a passenger and freight elevator, new bathrooms (including an accessible wheelchair accessible toilet ), a large new kitchen with adjoining lounge that we share with the other companies on the floor.

The office:

Our office is 60 square meters and secured with a lockable door. We also have a separate meeting room (opposite the office) with space for up to 6 people.

Location:

The office is in the center of Tempelhof. The S+U-Bahn station Tempelhof is only a few minutes’ walk away.

Rent:

1 day per week: €600/month + VAT

2 days per week: €1200/month + VAT

3 days per week: €1800/month + VAT

Various:

The rental price includes additional costs, WLAN, water (filtered: still and sparkling), cleaning and all office furniture.

Our rental contract is limited until March 31, 2023.
