The building was erected in 1993 as a four-storey building with green flat roofs and inner courtyards. A production hall adjoins on the east side.

The total area includes around 7,500 square meters of office and laboratory space as well as around 1,000 square meters of hall space.

There are two kitchens and sufficient ladies’ and gents’ toilet facilities on each of the four floors.

A passenger elevator is available to our tenants and guests, which not only reaches all four floors but also the basement.

There is space for 44 cars in the underground car park. On the south side of the building there is a large outdoor car park with space for a further 87 vehicles.

Each room has connections for telephone, fax, internet and intranet. These connections, corresponding telephones and our network connections to the central computers can be used for a small cost allocation.
