About the space

We’re happy about your interest in individual workstations or a private office space with up to five desks. The spaces are available immediately. Feel free to get in touch to arrange a viewing and an introductory meeting!

LARGE OFFICE SPACE (43 m²) The room can either be rented as a whole or divided into up to five individual workstations. We are a stable office community from a variety of fields and place great value on a respectful and pleasant working environment.

CENTRAL LOCATION AT HACKESCHER MARKT Located between the Jewish High School and Sophienkirche, with shops and public transport just a few minutes’ walk away—yet still quiet, with seating areas and bicycle parking available in the green inner courtyard.

SHARED MEETING ROOM A conference room is available and can be booked via a shared calendar.

OTHER DETAILS Reliable internet and telephone connection are provided. An A4 printer is available; printing costs are billed separately. An espresso machine and a well-stocked tea drawer are provided. In our office community, people often cook and eat together—this is an offer, not an obligation. The office is located on the second floor, and an elevator is available. However, the restrooms are not barrier-free and there are several door thresholds. Please feel free to contact us so we can check together whether the space meets your requirements. All tenants receive their own key and thus have 24/7 access to their workspace.

PRICING

Conditions for renting the entire office: The rent for the current year is €1,495.51 net per month. The notice period is 3 months, deposit 1 month’s rent. A stepped rent agreement is in place until 2030.

Conditions for renting a single workstation: The rent for the current year is €330.00 net per month. The notice period is 2 months, deposit 1 month’s rent. A stepped rent agreement is in place until 2030.

The rent includes: all utilities (warm rent), electricity & gas, internet & telephone, liability & building insurance, waste disposal, maintenance & window cleaning, beverages & basic food supplies, account management & administrative costs, and reserves.
