About the space

In our friendly office community, which extends over two floors, we offer an approx. 25sqm room with high ceilings and windows to the west and high-quality laminate flooring. The rental price includes all ancillary costs such as internet, room cleaning and the use of the common rooms (corridor, kitchen, bathrooms, conference room). There are also 3 parking spaces and a bicycle rack in the inner courtyard. In summer there is always a beer table with benches for eating together.

Right in our yard there is an Italian supermarket with a lunch menu and a drinks market next door. All other shops (Rewe, Netto, dm, Turkish shops, large weekly market on Wednesdays) can be found on Venloerstr. At the corner of Äußere Kanalstraße, approx. 10 minutes on foot, approx. 3 minutes by bike. There is also a connection to the tram lines 3 and 4. The S-Bahn station Müngersdorf Technologiepark is about the same distance away.

On the upper floor there is a very nice kitchen that will soon be newly furnished, a bathroom with character (…and a bathtub!), a dining and conference room and a recording studio with an attached voice booth for recordings of all kinds. On the lower floor there are 3 rooms of different sizes Rooms, including the ones offered here. In addition, a hallway with usable space and a small bathroom (toilet and washbasin) in the stairwell.
