The building is near by the shopping district of Berlin Wilhelmsruh. Near by is a postal service, Sparkasse and restaurants. Next door is a doctor’s practice (general medicine). You can go by bus to the S-Bahn station and use the S1 or you can walk about 600 m.
The whole office was renovated 2 years ago. There is a cable connection between the rooms. It is furnished and includes a kitchen. It is possible to take it contrary to transfer fee. Besides there is a separate bathroom for women and men. In former times it was the office of the Sparkasse and therefore it is a safe office.
The ground floor consists of a large room and the possibility of a reception. In the cellar there is a smaller room, bathroom and a storeroom with a safe.
