About the space

We are a planning office for technical

building equipment. We’d love to be a part of our

Sublet office space. We have the 1st floor of the

rented an office building consisting of two office units

consists, each with its own entrance.

The office space for rent includes the following

Rooms:

Office room 1: approx. 15 m²

Office room 2: approx. 28 m²

Tea kitchen (fitted kitchen with fridge,

Dishwasher and microwave available, everything new,

see image)

2 separate toilet rooms

Furthermore, we provide you with a shared use

fully equipped conference room (see pictures) approx. 26

m² available.

We would contact us about subtenants from the same or

similar industry look forward.

The rent is €1,000 (net) plus

Additional costs of 225 € (net). cleaning the

Office space, electricity and telephone/DSL are not

included.

The following documents are required when the contract is signed

needed:

• Schufa report

• Commercial register extract

• ID card

• Bank account details
