The house was built as a passive house in 2006.

It has four seminar/accommodation/office rooms, each approx. 17 square meters and a large seminar room with kitchen over approx. 50 square meters, as well as storage + files + data room, hallway and lounge areas and 2 toilet facilities

Heating technology: Air/air heat pump with Nilan cross-flow heat exchanger and connected geothermal energy, which supports the heat pump in cooling in summer and in winter warming. The ventilation system with supply and exhaust air changes the air in the entire house every three hours.
