About the space

We rent a 240m² office space, fully furnished and with its own entrance.

The office consists of four openly connected offices with a total of 150m². There are currently around 20-25 jobs there. There is also a meeting/community room with 37m², a rest/meeting room (13m²), a small room for calls (8m²) and of course toilets.

The bright old building area is characterized above all by the high ceilings and the many windows. The entire office used to consist of two apartments that were joined together by means of a breakthrough.

As a result, we not only have two entrances and a divisible office, but also a homely atmosphere, which we have specially adapted to modern office requirements by converting it.

The second, smaller half of the office (120m²) is already occupied and will not be rented out. Both areas are separated by a lockable, alarm-secured door and have separate entrances. At the moment, however, we like to leave the separating door open during office hours and enjoy the exchange with our nice office neighbors (software, B2B). A rule can be found here.

Furnishing:

The entire office is fully furnished (furniture will be provided on an individual basis) and ready for immediate occupancy. The area consists of the following rooms:

• 1 elongated L-shaped office space, 150m²

• 1 meeting/common room of 37m², long table for lunch or meetings, armchair, refrigerator

• 1 Ruhe-/Meetingraum (13m²)

• a small room for calls (8m²)

• Toilets, 11m², 2 toilets, 1 urinal

Position:

The office is in an attractive location in the Mitte district in the Gesundbrunnen district, with perfect connections to public transport. Countless dining options from snack bars to good restaurants in the immediate vicinity, several hotels, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. in the area. 5min walk to the Panke in the green and to the Gesundbrunnencenter for all other shops that are not directly in front of the door.

By car: Located directly on the B96, 15 minutes by taxi to Tegel Airport

By public transport: right next to the Pankstraße subway (U8, M27), 6min walk to the S/U-Gesundbrunnen

(S1, S2, Ringbahn, U8, Bus 247, DB local and long-distance traffic)

About us:

We are a software company (HR-Tech) founded in 2010. With our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool, companies of all sizes and from different industries conduct video interviews with their applicants. We are currently about 20 people in an international team. Even though we are now an established company, we have retained a start-up atmosphere in parts, have flat hierarchies and an open and collaborative corporate culture.
