About the space

We are an international communications and marketing agency and would like to sublet our office space and only keep a separate office and share the conference room.

This means that a separate work area with 8 workstations will be available from August.

There are currently 4 vacancies.

The design of our new 100 square meter office is like an art gallery: quiet, stylishly furnished, bright and with plenty of room for inspiration and creative work. Ergonomic design furniture ensures relaxed work.

A conference room separated by a glass wall and equipped with a high-tech television (SmartTV for presentations, direct access to Netflix, AmazonPrime, DAZN, Sky, etc.) offers a good retreat and is ideal for your own customer meetings. High-speed Internet is guaranteed and a dedicated landline number can also be provided if required. We like to use our green and bright backyard as a creative island when the weather is nice and our kitchen, including a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, has the necessary equipment for small snacks. The office has two separate toilets.

In addition, there is the representative location in Mitte, in the historic Berlin newspaper district on the Spittelmarkt, only 150m from the Spree Canal. The numerous options for lunch and also the proximity to Kreuzberg (only 8 minutes walk to Moritzplatz) make the location really unbeatable. The additional costs include internet, broadcasting fee, weekly cleaning service. The total price is plus VAT.
