About the office

Located in the City-West, your office space offers you a perfect infrastructural location.

The underground station Viktoria-Luise-Platz is almost directly in front of the door, as are various bus lines. The subway stations Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz can also be reached in less than 10 minutes, as can the motorway connection. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Tegel and Schönefeld airports.

There are several restaurants in the vicinity and even the fast-food junkie does not have to worry about food thanks to the numerous snack bars. Likewise Bio-Company, Netto, Penny and Edeka are only a stone’s throw away.

There are sufficient parking spaces directly on Martiin-Luther-Straße and Motzstraße. If required and available, we can also offer you our own underground parking space, which can be reached directly via our staircase.

The large office with approx. 34.2 sqm has 9 workstations, the small office (approx. 22.2 sqm) has 7 workstations. A desk and office chair are available for each workstation (mobile containers will follow). Flooring is carpet. Both rooms have their own balcony, which extends over the entire width of the window front. The office space is pleasantly light. Feel free to add additional furniture.

The rent includes the office space as well as the common areas such as kitchen, toilet and hallway, the included equipment, use of WLAN (guaranteed 100MB download & upload) and printer. The cleaning of the rooms is also included.

The hallway with a lunch corner and lockable lockers can be used by everyone, as can our small tea kitchen and the unisex toilet

If desired, a company sign can also be attached for a small monthly fee.

About the coffee maker

A gem! With up to 24 different variations, the choice is difficult. You can also create hot water for tea or coffee via coffee drinks, from coffee crema to cappucino to cocoa or hot milk. A pleasure!

About the firm

We are originally a company for financial and payroll accounting in a central location in City West in Berlin. We not only support our clients in financial and payroll accounting, but also offer other services tailored to their respective needs. Due to our internationality, many of our clients need individual office space or workplaces at short notice and flexibly.

This led us to the decision to offer our former office space as a co-working space or as individual offices.

Our preferred tenant

In principle, we offer every interested party the opportunity to use our rooms. In any case, it should be a “quiet” branch, i.e. no machines or the like should be operated.
