The self-contained office is on the same floor as another office. However, the tea kitchen and toilets are shared.

The advance payment for ancillary costs already includes all ancillary costs as well as internet, heating cost advance payment and electricity.

The office can also be used as a shared office. Upon agreement, desks, tables and meeting chairs can be taken over.

Optionally, a parking space in front of the door can be rented for €80 pm plus VAT.

Please note that 19% VAT will be added to the cold rent as well as to the additional costs.

The office is located in a residential and commercial building in Stuttgart-Mitte in the court district. It is only a 3-minute walk to the Olgaeck underground station.
