About the space

We are a small collective of architects and interior designers offering sublease office space in our ground-floor studio located on Hagenauer Straße in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.

The office spans approximately 68 m² and consists of two rooms, a kitchenette, a hallway, and a private toilet. We are currently subletting a quiet, bright room of 24 m² (6.40 m x 3.75 m, ceiling height 3.70 m) facing the inner courtyard, making it ideal for focused and professional work.

You can rent up to four fully equipped workstations at €280 per desk, or the entire room for €1,000 per month, including all additional costs. Each workstation includes a desk, chair, and lamp, and a printer is also available.

The space is suitable for quiet business use only, such as architecture, design, consulting, or other office-based work.
