About the space

We are renting one of our unused office spaces on Straßburger Str. in Berlin (near U-Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz and U-Senefelderplatz).

If necessary, a shorter rental period is possible by arrangement, but at least 1 month. A monthly extension is also possible.

The office space for rent is on the mezzanine floor (second door on the left, see photos). The other office space available in the building is currently rented by 2 other companies.

Furthermore, in the basement there is a meeting room, a spacious kitchen with dining area, telephone booth and a bathroom with shower. The meeting room can be used subject to availability and must be agreed with the other tenants.

The price also includes additional costs, internet connection and cleaning. Attention: Rental price is net. The gross rent (incl. VAT) is up to €2,000.

The office is spread over two floors and is located in a quiet side street in Prenzlauer Berg.

An on-site visit is possible.
