About the space

The bright office is located on the 3rd floor of a diverse GSG commercial complex, which is home to start-ups, long-established companies, coworking and restaurants. The office space was modernized and redesigned in 2020. In modern times, a laptop can be connected to monitors, mouse and keyboard at any workplace via plug-and-play.

There is also a barrier-free freight elevator at the main entrance (operated with a key).

Three office rooms with up to 16 workstations and an optional meeting room are available for subletting. The office has two men’s and women’s toilets, a fully equipped kitchen and common rooms for shared use. The rental price includes all additional costs, cleaning and various extras.

The location is ideal - with various restaurants, a supermarket, the Gesundbrunnen center with several shops and the Humboldthain Volkspark in the immediate vicinity of the property, there is an optimal infrastructure.

The main tenant is the company KIWI, where 40 people from 11 nations are working to become the market leader to abolish the traditional key and replace it with a digital opening via app or transponder. Innovation, growth and further development are your top priority. The family work culture is characterized by flat hierarchies, trusting working hours, cohesion and determination. We work hybrid, but we enjoy meeting in the office regularly.

We are looking for a company to sublease that can identify with the values described above and, ideally, also thematically with the Kiwi product. Respectful and open interaction is also prioritized. On the one hand, this applies to general interaction, but also in relation to shared spaces, devices and resources of all kinds. This guarantees a feel-good environment.
