I'm looking for creative and kind colleagues for my office with large windows and the possibility to use the showroom.

It´s available as of now and close to Arnimplatz (Prenzlauer Berg). It would be perfect if you are in some of those businesses: design / interior / illustration / photography as well for children.

Most important facts:

• 5 min to walk to U-/S-Schönhauser Allee
• 65 sqm (total area) in a new building
• 3 - 4 workplaces in the back of the office with a window to the courtyard
• parquet flooring, high ceilings, small kitchen, good parking space situation
• front part of the offices has a large table for meetings and can be used as a showroom
• a lot of possibilities for lunch

Costs:

• office colleague (with participation of the showroom and 1-2 workplaces): 450€ + tax
• only a workplace: 230€ + tax

The rent includes desk, internet connection, floor heating and electricity.
