BüroSphaere - The center for young entrepreneurs in Dresden Neustadt.

In this case: a modern, chic office for, for example, creative, smart entrepreneurs and start-ups. The existing furniture is also available.

The office has data cabling (Cat 7), electricity and heating as well as a level floor with new office carpet. A completely new kitchen for shared use is available. The building is entered via a representative entrance area. Ladies’ and gents’ toilets and showers are available.

The Chill & Relax Area is available for shared use. A large room with couches, 65” TV, foosball table, dining table, snack machine, slot machine and many green plants… can also be used separately for meetings and company events.

The office sphere focuses on sustainability - energy-saving and state-of-the-art LED daylight lights in every office and with the solar system on the roof, the battery storage and the combined heat and power plant, the office building is operated almost independently and supplied with 100% green electricity.

The office and workshop/atelier complex is located in the middle of the popular Dresden Neustadt, a trendy district known far beyond the national borders. The grown Gründerzeit district is characterized by liveliness and internationality. The property is on the railway embankment near Königsbrücker Strasse and not far from the Neustadt train station. The transport connection to Dresden city centre, the airport or the federal motorway is guaranteed by the Königsbrücker Straße as a large north-south connection and public transport and is only a few minutes’ drive away. Shops for daily needs, restaurants, trendy pubs, bars and nightclubs as well as schools, kindergartens and medical practices are within walking distance.

The additional costs include internet, cleaning by an external company and a “flat rate” for electricity and heat.
