About the space

Located in the heart of Wedding, between the Leopoldplatz underground station and the Wedding S-Bahn station, the workspace Court Street is located on the first floor of the famous former post office.

The impressive red-brick Gothic building is at the quiet end of Court Street, just a few meters from the small town of Nettelbeckplatz and its cafes.

The site will have 35 offices for more than 310 employees, with a large barista area, multiple meeting rooms, phone booths and lounges. The room size varies between 4 and 25 workstations. Of course, offices for large companies are available next to each other.

Furnishing

All workstations are equipped with functional furniture and can be flexibly canceled on a monthly basis. Bright rooms, regionally manufactured desks and ergonomic office chairs make the rooms your office.

The price is net/monthly (without VAT) per workplace in a separate office.

All rooms are of high quality “fully furnished” and ready to start working. Everything is included for you:
