The former garrison base from 1902 is located in the historical surroundings of the new Golden Ross barracks, the old locomotive hall and the royal cannery (Dragon barracks). In the second half of the century, the property was taken over by Deutsche Bahn and used as a ticket printing plant . The idea for conversion into a modern office location for start-ups, freelancers and service companies dates back to 2007. Today there are 20 modern, small-scale office units of 13 to 80 square meters on two floors.

The old ticket printing shop was renovated from 2007 to 2016 on an area of around 1,500 square meters.
