Partners are being sought for a law firm based in the inner courtyard of the Deutsches Theater.

Established in 1971 and previously based at Max-Weber-Platz in Munich, the law firm Eisner & Dwyer primarily has international contacts and thus numerous English and Italian-speaking clients, usually of a high standard.

The law firm recently moved to the beautiful inner courtyard of the Deutsches Theater.

Here we now have a total area of approx. 180 square meters available for lawyers for a future partnership.

This advertisement advertises the allocation of 3 legal jobs in an approximately 50 square meter office space on the 3rd floor.

The aim is to set up a legal partnership that will ultimately serve and offer more areas of law than those previously offered by Eisner & Dwyer.

The idea of working together with other colleagues is based on the fact that we are already receiving numerous inquiries that we cannot handle due to a lack of sufficient capacity.

In addition, we are currently planning a new website and increased advertising and, based on experience, expect a relatively broad response due to the targeted orientation towards English- and Italian-speaking clients, which we should of course do justice to.

In this respect, we are therefore looking for colleagues who, in addition to their own mandates, would also work on such matters.

In doing so, we assume - also because of the orientation of the new website - that the inquiries from (especially international clients) will primarily relate to the following legal areas (which the existing law firm has no interest in processing due to lack of capacity):

• Employment Law

• Tenancy law

• Family Law

• Traffic Law

• Real estate law

• Inheritance Law

• maybe also OWi and minor criminal cases

For professional reasons and because of the joint activity in the office space described, the offer is aimed exclusively at lawyers. Due to the planned further intensification of international clients, there should be interest if conversations and correspondence can also be conducted in English.

In our opinion, the offer represents the optimal solution for lawyers who are about to become self-employed or run the law firm as a part-time job and at the same time want to work in a nice atmosphere and under a good name.

Just a few minutes’ walk from Munich’s civil courts (district court, regional courts I & II & OLG), there is no better location for a legal partnership.

With the Stachus, which can also be reached on foot in 3 minutes, the property is also optimally connected to the public transport network. It is also just a few minutes’ walk to the main train station. In addition, all shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

The atmosphere in the inner courtyard of the Deutsches Theater is grandiose in itself.

In addition, we have already secured authorization to use the designation “Rechtsanwalte im Deutsches Theater”, which is certainly a great basis for future reputation and client acquisition.

On the attached photos is the office described with the tables set up temporarily. Each table is also equipped with a modern telephone including operator and conference facilities.

The beautiful room has a floor area of approx. 50 square meters. The planned room separations, which will create a separate atmosphere for the individual workplaces, are not yet apparent.

Each of the 3 spacious and comfortable workplaces consists of a combination of an L-shaped table, a high-quality work chair and a mobile container. In addition, each workplace is assigned 2 large and separately lockable cupboards with plenty of storage space, in which a suspension file can also be drawn if necessary.

A niche (also suitable for short meetings) in the entrance area and the two toilets are not shown.

The communal kitchen and the meeting room in the office on the 4th floor can also be seen in the pictures.

The planned sharing of an open-plan office with two other colleagues may be atypical of the offer. We think that this is exactly where there is a special additional flair and we would like to keep it that way, also because of the great size of the room.

As you can hopefully see from the photos and the planned naming of the partnership, we want to create an atmosphere in connection with the great location of the law firm in which the client gets the full flair of the Deutsches Theater and thus connects it with the lawyer.
