Looking for a new Setting for your Career?

We change the way how people work, may your way be the next.

You work with top talent to build world-class technology solutions that power the future of work.

Punch Above

This is a company that punches above it’s weight. We challenge those bigger than us and test the limits. If our ambitions aren’t terrifying, we aren’t pushing ourselves enough.

No Bullshit

We don’t do politics, we don’t do excuses and we don’t hide the truth. We care about our work and trust each other to say it how it is – even when it’s painful.

Make Ideas Happen

We don’t talk about ideas, we make them happen. We value people who have great ideas but want those who have the gumption to drive them to implementation.

Life at Setting

Customer Care

We are a customer-centric company and we highly focus on our customers.

Ownership

We trust you to take initiatives and embrace responsibilities.

Impact

We are building a company that will change the way people work everywhere and you’ll be part of it.

Passionate

We’ve put a lot into our product and are proud of what we’re doing.

Humble

We take every challenge as an opportunity to grow. We know there’s always room for improvement and are constantly pushing ourselves to be better.

Clubmate on Tap

There’s always a fridge full of the stuff, don’t ask why, it’s an office habit. Help yourself until you’re as hooked as we are.
