About the space

Herrenstrasse is centrally located in the city center of the state capital of Hanover. The city center with its shopping facilities and service functions can be reached directly on foot directly from Herrenstrasse across from Kurt-Schumacher Strasse. The main train station is also only a 5-minute walk away. The Steintor city railway and underground station is in the immediate vicinity, and other city railway lines are also within walking distance.

The existing car park was expanded in 2003 with three full floors and a staggered floor. The use of the lower levels as a multi-storey car park remains unaffected by the increase. This gives the tenant the opportunity to use parking space within the building.
