About the space

Thank you for your interest in one of our offices. We can now make the room available to you. Our room sizes are mostly between 14 - 17m² or in the next larger variant 21 - 23m². The office space grows with your needs. The prices for the small rooms are around €270 - €295 and for the larger version around €450. All additional costs such as electricity, water, heating / cooling, etc. are included in the prices. On request, you can have your office furnished with desks, sideboards and cupboards. All of our offices are newly renovated and clean. All offices can be easily networked with one another using modern CAT cabling. In-house technicians ensure that your rooms are set up quickly. The house has eight elevators. Parking spaces can be rented for €16. We offer underground parking spaces for €30.

There you can also click into the different parts of the building. If required, we can provide you with seven conference rooms of different sizes (4 to 200 people). Our house has computer training rooms for 12 people. We have 400 of our own parking spaces, 200 of which are in the underground car park. Our reception is open weekdays from 08:00 to 18:00 (until 16:00 on Fridays) and takes your post and welcomes your guests and customers.

Our house has its own canteen where you - also with your business partners - can eat cheaply, freshly and well. The price for this is between €5 and €6

The transport connection is perfect, you will find public stops directly in front of our main entrance. Motorway exits to the A46 / A3 are only two minutes away. You only need about 15 – 20 minutes to get to Düsseldorf Airport via the A3 (depending on traffic density). Hotels and restaurants can be found within walking distance. The Unterbacher lake landscape is only a few hundred meters

The Office Center Erkrath is centrally located directly on the A46 / A3 motorways. The Unterbacher See is only 300 meters away.

You can reach Düsseldorf main station in 10 - 15 minutes. It takes you 15 to 20 minutes to get to the airport. Public transport stops are located directly in front of the building. Hotels, shops for daily needs and a huge leisure and water sports area, the Unterbacher See can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

ALDI, REWE, PENNY and several restaurants and hotels are within 200m.

Canteen, reception, elevators, parking spaces, underground parking spaces, meeting and conference rooms can be rented on a daily basis.
