About the space

I still have a job available in my office/studio.

We are currently eight creative people and artists who are moving together in Hamm to a beautiful, light-flooded floor right on the canal.

The building is a rear building and therefore very quiet. There is also an elevator and some storage space. There is also a covered bicycle parking space.

The rooms face south and we have a direct view of a canal and the vastness of Hamm. Those who fear the sun can operate the electric sun blinds. But the southern exposure always guarantees enough light and the very nice room layout does the rest for the all-round well-being.

You are also creative or pursue an activity that allows concentrated work. Also programmers or web developers, translators, draftsmen, etc.

A 120cm wide desk and an Expedit shelf are included in the price. Likewise the high-speed Internet. You get your own key to the building and our floor. So you have 24/7 access and can work at any time. Whenever you want or need.

The rent includes VAT and additional costs. So completely warm.

A small deposit of 220 euros is due upon moving in.
