About the space

We are expanding our nice office community and currently have 4 new offices available and look forward to seeing you!

These are light-flooded, lockable single rooms, which are equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The rooms have their own proportionate roof terrace or a small balcony.

The office is very quiet due to its location on the top floor.

A coffee machine is available and delicious coffee is also available.

The new-build offices are located in Alstercity with a roof terrace and small balconies. The office has a total of 560 square meters, a very nice meeting room with panoramic views that can be used together, two fully equipped kitchens, a lounge that can be used together and makes a very pleasant, quiet and representative overall impression.

The office is located in the Alstercity office complex in a 5-storey outbuilding.

The office is on the top floor.

In the building complex there is a gym, supermarket, flower shop, hairdresser, post shop, dry cleaner and several restaurants. Parking spaces and an underground car park are available.

Just a few steps away is the Osterbek Canal with a jetty.

An HVV X-Bus runs right in front of the door. The Saarlandstraße train station is within walking distance via a beautiful path along the water. There are parking spaces for cyclists in front of the door and a city bike station is also right next to the building.

Next to the building there is a small park with playgrounds and small sports fields. After a five-minute walk over the bridge of the adjacent Goldbek Canal you reach Jarrestraße and the Kampnagelgelände and you are in the middle of Winterhude.

All in all, a great place to work in a relaxed manner and, if necessary, to unwind.

In summer just grab your laptop and work on the lawn or on the bench by the water.

The prices are between 930 and 990 euros including all ancillary costs such as heating, electricity, cleaning and WLAN use, plus VAT.

The sublease agreements have a flexible term with a 3-month notice period.
