Office location: In the heart of Charlottenburg – quiet, green, and centrally located. Just 200 meters from Kurfürstendamm and Adenauerplatz, 100 meters from Meyerinckplatz, and within walking distance to Wilmersdorfer Straße and the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station (400 meters).


Public transport: RE, RB (regional trains), S-Bahn, and bus connections.


Food & drink: A wide variety of cafés and (good and affordable) restaurants are just around the corner – especially along Kantstraße.


Shopping: From luxury boutiques on Ku’damm to affordable shops along the pedestrian zone of Wilmersdorfer Straße – everything you could want is nearby.


Recreation: Parks, green spaces, and Lietzensee lake are within walking distance. 
 THE OFFICE


The office (total area approx. 120 m²) is located in a charming Charlottenburg period building, just steps from Ku’damm and Meyerinckplatz – offering a rare combination of peace and centrality.


It is situated on the elevated ground floor of a residential building and features bright rooms with high ceilings, stucco details, and large south-facing windows. In summer, mature trees provide welcome shade.

The available fixed desks are located in an open, spacious room of approx. 26 m². There are three workstations in total – two of which are currently available for sublease.


This area is complemented by a separate, fully enclosed private office. The result is a calm, focused and pleasantly manageable office environment. 
 GOOD TO KNOW


A professionally equipped Design Thinking Room – available by arrangement – provides the ideal setting for workshops and innovation sessions. Features include a projector, Apple TV, flip chart, and large-format whiteboards.

Typically, only three to four people are present in the office at the same time – ensuring a relaxed and focused working atmosphere with space for concentration, collaboration, and creativity.
