About the space

The Medienhof was inaugurated in 1996. In a renovated old building, an industrial Art Nouveau property with a new building attached, which is under monument protection, 22 companies are currently finding optimal working conditions.

Since June 2010, the Medienhof has also been connected to the HL Komm network, which enables rates of up to 1,000 Mbit/s!

Interesting location due to proximity to the Magistrale Prager Straße, Alte Messe, BIO CITY and the MDR.

The main entrance to the Medienhof is from Melscher Straße. The building is accessible via a freight elevator, passenger elevator, elevator for the disabled and a ramp with a lifting platform in the courtyard as well as 3 staircases. The building is supplied with gas heating. The offices are separated by drywall; the ceilings in the office and social rooms are clad with suspended panel ceilings.
