About the space

As part of a so-called office community, we offer one or more rooms on an office floor for rent. The ancillary area is available to all co-tenants/neighbors on the floor.

We offer office space in a representatively designed office building in a growing mixed-use area in Sachsenhausen, with an area of 10m² to 30m² plus ancillary areas.

The offices can be rented individually or together (depending on the agreement).

The office space includes the use of toilet facilities and a kitchen.

Your advantage:

You only need a small area, but you have a good address in a representatively designed office building.

The office building is located in the western part of Sachsenhausen.

The Mörfelder Landstraße takes you quickly to the airport and the Frankfurter Kreuz (A3/A5/BAB661).

The city center and Schweizer Straße can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

In 1-2 minutes you can walk to the Ziegelhüttenplatz with Obi and Hit market, opposite the office there is an Aldi market.

Parking is available in our underground car park.
