About the space

The historic courtyard interior development in a wide south-west backyard was completely renovated in 2016 and upgraded in a sensible way in terms of energy.

The office space offered is on the 1st and 2nd floor of a courtyard building with its own entrance from the courtyard (red door).

The offices are each approx. 50 m² in size and have a room height of approx. 3.0 m (1st floor) and approx. 2.5 m (2nd floor). The floors consist of a coated cement screed. The walls of the offices and the stairwell are white-painted, rough brick walls.

There are two toilets in the area of the stairwell on the ground floor and 2nd floor.

The central heating system was completely renewed (modern gas condensing technology). A photovoltaic system on the new roof generates our electricity. The clean solar power is cheaply and safely delivered to our tenants.
