About the space

The various areas are located within a representative area on the edge of the Duisburg - Meiderich port area with various office and archive buildings and very well-kept outdoor facilities. The total size of the areas at the location is approx. 13,000 square meters. Our tenants include well-known companies from the power plant construction, steel processing industry and tax consultancy sectors.

The associated car park offers a total of 350 parking spaces and is partly rented to local companies.
