Come by to work, study and unleash your creativity in one of the cozy comuna offices.

The comuna 17 is ideal for freelancers and smaller teams. The large dining area, the relaxation area and the meeting room offer you the space to exchange your ideas and/or to relax a little.

The meeting room is about 16 square meters and can accommodate up to 7 people.

With a large Smart TV and large whiteboard, the room offers ideal opportunities for presentations, meetings and telephone calls.

Lots of green, the wooden constructions, the large window front and the air conditioning create a pleasant atmosphere for working.

Of course, all seats also offer enough storage space to stow your things safely.

Rent:

At the beginning there is a limited contract for 2 months at a trial price of 160€/month. This way you can get to know the premises and the “comune” better.

If everything fits, you will receive a permanent contract with a new rent of 220€.

Unfortunately, the offer of a temporary contract does not apply if you want to register your company headquarters here. In this case, the permanent contract will be issued for €220.

Beverages:

Coffee is provided. A fully automatic machine is ready to accompany you through the working day with the necessary kick.

Drucker:

A Xeros power printer is available for the office. Which masters everything up to a size of DIN A3.

Corona:

The following corona measures have been taken:

• contactless soap dispenser

• contactless disinfectant dispenser at the entrance

• Extra cleaning of the surfaces

• Sufficient safety distance between the workplaces

You get your own key and thus 24/7 access to the office.

The underground station Kurt-Schuhmacher-Platz can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Lidl & Kaufland are right next door/opposite.
