About the space

A fully equipped office space for a maximum of 2 people is rented in an agency for PR and artist management. Equipment: Two desks, office chairs, daylight lamp, storage space, telephone and LAN connection, telephones. Bring your own computers/MACs. After consultation, IT rental including use is possible. Kitchen, toilet, conference room and lounge (approx. 21sqm) with TV connection can be shared. Dogs are possible after consultation, provided they get along with our office dog.

In the heart of Winterhude, 5 minutes walk from the Alster. Dorotheenstraße with numerous opportunities for lunch and shopping is also only 5 minutes away from the office. The underground station Sierichstraße can be reached on foot in 5-6 minutes. The 109 bus stops just a few meters away. Sufficient parking spaces can be found directly on Maria-Louisen-Str. or in the roundel.

The office space is provided exclusively for office work. No manual or musical activities! Important: Since a dog lives in the office, it is unfortunately not possible for people who are allergic to animal hair to rent it. The rented office space is cleaned in-house. Bring your own furniture and wall decoration only after prior consultation.
