About the space

++++We offer desks on an open coworking space. The indicated price is valid per workstation (desk, chair) incl. utility charges. At the moment we have up to 4 desks available.++++

The loft has its own gallery with 50 desks in total (of course with 24/7 access). Both levels are accessible via lift (also suitable for wheelchair users).

Power and LAN plugs are available in the wooden floor. The office kitchen is fully equipped (oven, cooker, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, dishes).

Included services/equipment: Two conference rooms with projector and tv, Wi-Fi and LAN (150 MBit/sec.), multifunction-printer, white boards and a reception area - everything you need to work and represent. You also can use the “Napping Room” (cosy room, also suitable for small meetings or phone calls), the “Living Room” (comfortable corner with chimney, also for smaller meetings or just relaxed working), darts and billard for some fun in between, the bar and the invitingly “Candy-Wall” to have a nibble.

The Umspannwerk is in the heart of Kreuzberg next to the Landwehrkanal. Public transport stations Schönleinstraße (U8), Görlitzer Bahnhof (U3) and Kottbusser Tor (U3 and U8) are close by.

There are a lot of different start ups at the Paul-Lincke-Ufer: MyMuesli, JustBook.com and RedBull. Some internet specialized companies like Hubrick, innoQ, sysEleven, RedGecko and Turbine Kreuzberg are tenants at the Umspannwerk.
