About the space

The modern office building was realized in 1992 with extensive detailed work. The bright and friendly aluminium-glass facade impresses with its timeless elegance. Generous foyers lead the visitors into the representative office areas.

Notkestrasse is located in the Bahrenfeld district of western Hamburg. It is about 1.6 km to the Elbe shopping center with its wide range of cafés, restaurants and shops.

Due to its favorable location, Bahrenfeld is the seat of various companies, especially in the service and processing sectors. The best known is the research center DESY, whose basic scientific research (particle accelerator) has made Bahrenfeld one of the most important technology locations in Europe.
