About the space

A lockable office space is available in the fully equipped coworking space. There is enough space for 4 to a maximum of 6 people. Desks, office chairs, mobile containers, etc. are freely available if required.

The offices are on the 1st floor in a new, newly renovated coworking space, which has a total area of 200m². There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 toilets, a large dining area with a couch corner, an area for meetings and workshops, and a photo studio. Continuous window fronts on both sides create natural light and a wide variety of green plants ensure the best air and a cozy atmosphere.

Comuna7 is an office community made up of the self-employed and freelancers, students and other creative people. Our community concept includes a respectful and loving interaction with one another. Let your creativity run free, inspire others or let yourself be inspired. Whether working in tunnel mode or brainstorming together at the kitchen stove. True to the motto “do work - and work out”:

In the same building there is a fitness studio, which can be used with special conditions. The large roof terrace may be used. Of course, unfortunately only again after the lockdown.

There are many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity. If required, a fixed parking space in the courtyard can be rented for €70. The train station Nippes S-Bahn is in the immediate vicinity. Escherstrasse stop can be reached in 8 minutes on foot.

The basic rent is 650€. The price for the additional costs (heating costs, operating costs, electricity, internet and use of the common area) is 150€. 19% VAT is added to the rent.
