About the space

We offer you and your team a cool office in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, Kollwietzkiez. The building is former, charming factory buildings and is nowadays occupied by numerous startups. At the moment the area is completely used by us, but will be completely free as of 1 October 2017!

We rent 108 sqm space for max. 20 people (with more pleasant seating 15) incl. Kitchen, 2 toilets, two meeting rooms. The beautiful office is fully equipped with office desks and chairs. The office can be divided into two parcels, one with up to approx. 6 places, one with up to 12 places.

We calculate 250.00 Euro per month. All inclusive: table, chair, lamp, shelf, WLAN. Another option: 4.000 € for the whole office (all incl.)

The location of the office and the connection by public transport is excellent. The underground station Eberswalder Straße (U2) is a two-minute walk away. The metro Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz as well as tram (M8) is also nearby (about 5min walk).

In front of the building is a large meadow, which invites you to relax in the lunch break! Numerous cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
