Welcome to Engeldamm! This office offers space for anyone who is interested in setting up their own productive office on a total of 75 m².

The room offers enough space for up to eight workstations with 140×70 tables and is ideal for tenants from the music, audio, film or web design, marketing, e-commerce and many other sectors. In addition to the private, larger office space, there are 19 m² of ancillary space with a kitchen, a bathroom and the hallway, as well as another small office.

In order to ensure enough privacy in the office, the phone booth in the office room is available for you. If there are suggestions for remodeling or decoration, the main tenant is open to ideas.

The offices were refurbished and freshly painted last year. You also have 1000Mbit (50Mbit upload) Internet, a fully-fledged kitchen with a refrigerator, a stove and a dishwasher, as well as a small bathroom with a shower, barrier-free access and thus facilitates problem-free loading and unloading directly in front of the door. The office furniture can be rented furnished as required at no extra charge and stays pleasantly cool in summer without air conditioning.

The location of the office convinces with an ideal connection to public transport with the bus lines 140, 147, 165, 265, N6, N65 in 2 minutes distance, the U1, U3 and U8 in 10 minutes distance, U2 and U5 in 15 minutes distance, like the East train station 10 minutes away.

For drivers there are paid parking spaces in front of the door, free parking spaces 50m away and there are 2x2 charging stations 1 or 3 minutes’ walk away.

For your own catering there are various supermarkets, restaurants, bars and late night shops in the immediate vicinity of the office.
