About the space

The small practice area we offer is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau building built around the turn of the century and can be reached via the staircase or the spacious elevator. Due to the regularly carried out renovation measures, the entire property presents itself in an attractive and representative condition. Due to the current tenant structure, the rental property can be described as a “doctor’s house”. Since the main tenant of the space offered is a physiotherapist, ideal tenants for the space include pain therapists, licensed non-medical practitioners, chiropractors or speech therapists. Other medical directions are also welcome.

Since the entire practice was extensively renovated and restructured in 2013, it is in a very attractive and contemporary condition.

The rented area has separate sanitary units for patients and employees as well as a kitchen for shared use. A common waiting area is also provided. Since the area to be rented does not have a separate electricity meter and water meter, all additional costs are paid with the all-inclusive rent and are thus settled. The rental agreement to be concluded includes a contract term until December 31, 2017.

A move-in date is possible by arrangement or at short notice.

The Eppendorfer Landstraße is a popular “business address” and offers a high level of awareness due to its numerous shops, restaurants, small cafes, bakeries, fast food restaurants and much more. The connection to the HVV network is provided by the underground station “Eppendorfer Baum” and by various bus lines with further connections to the HVV network.
