About the space

Bright and central office space near Alexanderplatz. These are high-quality office spaces of the most modern standard with large windows and plenty of daylight. We are looking for subtenants for an office space of 60 to 120 m², which is divided into 2 rooms. The office space is located on the 8th floor, is lockable and is therefore physically separated from our workstations on the 9th floor. In addition, there is 350 m² of shared space on the 8th floor.

The entire office area is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a linoleum floor. In addition, desks, office chairs and other inventory such as lockable cupboards and TV screens are already available in the areas and can be occupied by 5-30 persons. Due to the separability of the two rooms, partial renting is possible.

Common meeting point is the large kitchen with a nice dining area and sufficient seating, which is shared with us. Here you will find additional retreat possibilities in a comfortable couch corner with library, a table tennis table as well as four fully equipped meeting rooms with screens, workshop wall and beamers.

The rented office space can be rented individually in 2 separate rooms and is lockable. The remaining areas of the office space, such as kitchen, meeting rooms etc. are shared with us. For this purpose we charge a service flat rate of 180,00 € per employee in addition to the net rent stated.

Room 1 has capacity for up to 14 employees and costs €2,066.40 (nettowarm). Room 2 has capacity for up to 16 employees and costs €2,361.60 (nettowarm). In addition, the costs of the service flat rate per employee of €180.00

The total rent for both rooms is therefore €4,428.00 (nettowarm) plus the service flat rate per employee.

The lease is flexible (monthly, quarterly or half-yearly) and can be started at short notice.
