About the space

The Company House Munich is a very well-kept office building with tenants from many different sectors. For example, we have tenants from the automotive, research, IT, transport, fashion, music, consulting, publishing, mechanical engineering and building management sectors.

We have a multi-storey car park and around 45 free visitor parking spaces for customers and guests of our tenants.

Deliveries are possible via a loading dock. There are 4 passenger elevators and one goods elevator (2.2 tons).

The busy in-house canteen is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offers hot and cold dishes.

Meeting rooms can be booked separately and on a daily basis for our tenants at low cost.

Subway station is Studentenstadt (U6) and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Subway station Frankfurter Ring (U3) by bus (directly in front of the Funkkaserne WEST door, bus line 177) can be reached in 5 minutes.

The tram is a 5-minute walk away and takes 8 minutes and 6 stops to the Münchner Freiheit.

Very good connection to the airport (approx. 20 minutes). The A9 and A99 motorways can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Our rental units are very bright with large windows and have internal and external blinds. Our house is moderately air-conditioned.

The rental units also have kitchenettes, server storage and archive areas, women’s and men’s toilets, meeting rooms and are equipped with suspended ceilings and integrated lighting.

This rental unit can be taken over as an open-plan office or redesigned or expanded according to the tenant’s wishes.
