The office space is located in the representative premises of the International University of Cooperative Education (www.internationale-ba.com) in a separate, very quiet side wing. The area consists of 3 offices (2 x 20 and 1 x 35 sqm) + traffic area. The offer refers to the unfurnished area. On request, the area can also be offered furnished with the following equipment and additional services for an additional charge:

3 minutes walk from Munich Central Station with connection to underground and S-Bahn.

The rental offer includes:

• Separate house entrance and separate access to the area via the staircase/elevator possible

• Shared use of the sanitary facilities including the disabled toilet

• Shared use of the bistro and the vending machines (cold and warm drinks subject to a charge)
