About the space

The ensemble of buildings in which our offices are located was built around the turn of the century as part of a perimeter block development between Friedrich-Herschel-, Holbein-, Lamont- and Cuvilliésstrasse. The various buildings form a closed quarter with two spacious common inner courtyards. The office building - built in 1977 - is in the best location and is one of the most popular addresses in Munich.

Here we have our rental offices spread over two floors, which are used in particular by law firms, consulting firms and other service providers. We also offer business addresses (virtual offices) and the necessary service.

A conference room is available to all our tenants by prior arrangement.

A passenger elevator is available. The entrance area has a wheelchair ramp.

Our current office space offer is on the 2nd floor and will be available from around October 15th, 2016.

We can offer a smaller office space with around 18 m² of usable space as well as a larger one with around 34 m² of space. Our photo shows the basic appearance of a smaller room.

Cuvilliésstrasse is a very quiet side street off Ismaninger Strasse in Bogenhausen, near the Herzogpark.

Numerous stately Art Nouveau villas, Shakespeareplatz and Galileiplatz, Isarhochufer and Friedensengel, Prinzregentenstraße and Feinkost Käfer, Royal Observatory and Villa Stuck are in the immediate vicinity - we can therefore rightly speak of the best location in Altbogenhausen.

The location is within walking distance by public transport:

• Bus lines 100 and 54

Shops/shopping facilities, restaurants and medical practices are in the immediate vicinity.

The nearby Mittlerer Ring offers cars good connections to the A8 and A9 motorways, the Munich Tangenten or Munich Airport.

Bright, 2.5 m high rooms, underfloor wiring for telephone, electricity and IT, district heating, double-glazed aluminum windows with sun blinds, hard-wearing needle felt floor, use of tea/coffee kitchen, use of conference rooms. There is also a canteen in the house.
